Another way to registering Trend Micro AntiVirus?

i just got a new laptop, and it has Trend Micro AntiVirus (2007) pre-installed. While i'm using my computer, a little bar appers that say "you need to register with Trend Micro" but when i click the button that says 'register' nothing happens, nothing changes, and moves nothing load, is there something i am doing wrong? and is there another way to register other then though that link?

The easiest way to solve this problem is to contact your computer seller and let him assist you.
